About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP FI-CO Consultant located in Bucharest or Iaşi. As a SAP FI-CO Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing financials and controlling business processes using SAP ERP/ S/4HANA systems. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met, and will be responsible for end-to-end SAP implementation, including analysis/ BluePrint, configuration, testing, training and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and implementing financial and controlling business processes using SAP ERP/ S/4HANA systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- Responsible for end-to-end SAP implementation, including analysis/ Blueprint, configuration, testing, training and post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI-CO implementation projects
- Detailed knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and principles; experience with taxation and asset accounting is a plus
- Experience with SAP FI-CO configuration and customization, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Profitability Analysis, and Funds Management
- Experience with integration between FI and other SAP modules, such as MM, SD and HCM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP certification is a plus
- Minimum one Full-cycle implementation project
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- English-speaking is required
