As a SAP Platinum Partner, we are looking for a skilled and willing-to-grow SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team.
About the role
The consultant will be involved in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors cloud HR modules, in both national and international projects. The role includes HR process analysis, configuration, testing support, user training, and customer interaction across implementation and maintenance phases.
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR processes and translate requirements into SuccessFactors configuration
- Configure and parameterize SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation & Variable Pay, Succession & Development, Performance & Goals, Reporting)
- Prepare functional documentation (configuration workbook, specifications, test scenarios)
- Perform testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide post-implementation functional support and manage change requests
- Collaborate with the project team and the customer for workshops and user training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field (completed or ongoing)
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes (recruiting, personnel administration, performance evaluation)
- SAP and/or SuccessFactors knowledge is considered a plus
- Previous experience in HR implementation or cloud solution projects is considered a plus
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is considered a plus
