About the Role
Our customers are leading companies in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, operating in industries such as Energy & Utilities, Telecom, Retail, and Manufacturing.
The role covers both the MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution) areas, including solution design, configuration, integration support, testing coordination, and customer interaction across all implementation phases.
Responsibilities
MM- Materials Management:
- Lead procurement and inventory management process design workshops
- Configure SAP MM in S/4HANA Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments
- Configure purchasing, inventory management, valuation, release strategies, and subcontracting scenarios
- Support integration with FI, SD, PP, and EWM modules
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate developments with technical teams
- Support data migration activities related to materials, vendors, and purchasing documents
- Support testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT) and coordinate defect resolution
- Participate in go-live preparation and hypercare support
- Support presales activities and contribute to solution architecture proposals
SD- Sales & Distribution:
- Perform As-Is analysis and design To-Be processes within the SD area
- Build and document the Business Blueprint for SD business flows
- Configure and parameterize the SAP S/4HANA SD module (OTC, pricing, billing, delivery, credit management)
- Prepare and deliver testing activities (UT, SIT, UAT)
- Conduct customer presentations, demos, and presales support when needed
- Train key-users and end-users on SD processes and system functionality
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and guide junior team members
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, LE, PP) to ensure end-to-end integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of SAP MM and/or SD implementation experience
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and/or Public Cloud
- 3+ years of experience in the commercial or supply chain business area
- Experience working in international rollout projects is considered a plus
- SAP MM and/or SD certification is considered a plus
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management business processes (MM)
- Experience with integration scenarios across logistics and finance modules
- Experience with release strategies, valuation methods, and special procurement types
- Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle and SD configuration (pricing, billing, delivery, credit management)
- Ability to perform As-Is / To-Be analysis and build Business Blueprints
