As a SAP Platinum Partner, we are looking for a skilled and willing-to-grow Sales Representative to join our team.

About the role

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, presenting, and selling the company’s software solutions to both new and existing clients. This role contributes to revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing contracts for software implementation projects.

Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Promote and sell the company’s software solutions to prospective and existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio
  • Prospect the market and reach out to potential clients via multiple channels (phone, email, events, networking)
  • Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships with clients

Software Solution Presentation & Promotion

  • Present and demonstrate software solutions tailored to client needs
  • Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from the company portfolio
  • Prepare commercial offers and participate in contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and present solutions during client meetings

Sales Process Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract signing
  • Update and maintain client and opportunity data in the company’s CRM system
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients during project implementation to ensure long-term trust and satisfaction

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Report regularly on sales activities and performance
  • Contribute to defining commercial strategies for promoting software solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, IT, or Management)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the software industry
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B)
  • Availability for client meetings and business events

  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes
  • General knowledge of software solutions and how they support business processes
  • Experience using CRM tools and productivity applications (Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace)
  • Good understanding of the Romanian IT market and competitive landscape

Reports to: Head of Department/ Sales Director

Collaborates with: Marketing, Technical/ Implementation teams, and Company Management
